The diversity of India allows an extensive variety of wildlife to flourish. There has been a significant growth in the numbers of the endangered “Tiger”. India is home to the elephant, leopard, wild boar, bear, cheetah, monkey and numerous other species. The bird life is equally diverse and colorful.

DAY 01: ARRIVE DELHI
Arrive Delhi. Meeting and assistance on arrival and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 02: DELHI – JABALPUR BY FLIGHT
Breakfast at hotel. In time transfer to the airport to connect flight for Jabalpur. Assistance on arrival at airport and transfer to hotel. Later sightseeing tour of Jabalpur visiting Bhedaghat (25 km away), Dhuandhar water falls, Chousat Yogini Temple, Madan Mahal Fort and Balance Rock. Overnight at hotel.

Bandhavgarh at a Glance:

Bandhavgarh National Park consists of mixed vegetation ranging from tall grasslands to thick Sal forest and so is the perfect habitat of variety of animals and birds. Due to varied topography, the park provides ample opportunity to spot the majestic Indian tiger and some rarely seen animals like leopard and sloth bear.

Area: 450 sq. km (Core area: 105 sq. km)

Best time to visit: February-June

DAY 03: JABALPUR – BANDHAVGARH BY ROAD
Breakfast at hotel. Morning drive to Bandhavgarh (200 km / approx 5 hrs drive). Upon arrival, check-in at hotel. Lunch at hotel. Afternoon jeep safari (1500-1800 hrs) inside the park with naturalist. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

JEEP SAFARI IN BANDHAVGARH

DAY 04: IN BANDHAVGARH
Early morning jeep safari (0630-1100 hrs) inside the park with naturalist. Return back to hotel for breakfast. Morning free for independent activities. Lunch at hotel. Afternoon jeep safari (1300-1800 hrs) inside the park with naturalist. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

DAY 05: BANDHAVGARH – KANHA BY ROAD
Early breakfast at hotel. Morning drive to Kanha (260 km / approx 5 hrs drive). Upon arrival, check-in at hotel. Lunch at hotel. Afternoon jeep safari (1430-1730 hrs) inside the park with naturalist. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Kanha at a Glance:

Spread across 940 sq.km, Kanha National Park is one of the largest parks in Madhya Pradesh where the majestic royal Bengal tigers are found in good numbers. Other important animals in this park are leopards, wild dogs, wild cats, foxes, sloth bears, hyenas, langurs, wild boars and jackals. Reptiles including pythons, cobras, krait and other varieties of snakes are also found in this National Park.

JEEP SAFARI IN KANHA

DAY 06: IN KANHA
Early morning jeep safari (0630-1100 hrs) inside the park with naturalist. Return back to hotel for breakfast. Morning free for independent activities. Lunch at hotel. Afternoon jeep safari (1500-1800 hrs) inside the park with naturalist. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

DAY 07: KANHA – JABALPUR BY ROAD & FLY TO DELHI
Breakfast at hotel. Later drive to Jabalpur airport (170 km / approx 4 hrs drive) to connect flight for Delhi. Assistance on arrival and transfer to airport hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 08: DEPART DELHI
After breakfast, transfer to international airport to connect flight for onward destination.

– Afternoon Jeep Safari will remain close on Every Wednesday
– Closed from 1 July to 15 October every year
– No Jeep safaris on Holi festival
