Pickup from your hotel as per your schedule time and proceed to visit Banaras Hindu University which is the famous BHU campus, lush green huge area with vast premises filled with historical British era buildings mixed with modern day Indian university style architecture. Later visit New Kashi Vishwnath Temple (Birla Temple).
Other important points to see in city include the Durga Temple (monkey temple), Tulasi Manas Temple, Bharat Mata Temple (Temple of Mother India). The city is also famous for fine quality silk (specially sarees) and Banarasi Paan (betel). Return back to your hotel.

Sarnath, the buried Buddhist city where Lord Buddha gave his first sermon, Sarnath was a renowned school of learning from 6th century B.C. to 12th century A.D visit the ruins, the stupa, the Buddhist temple and the Museum.
There is a village 1 km away from the Sarnath known as the Singhpur where Shreyansanath was born. He was known as the 11th Tirthankara of Jainism.
The Deer Park in the Sarnath was forest and gifted by the king of Benares for the purpose where deer might wander unmolested. Return back to your hotel.
Pickup from your hotel as per your schedule and start the boat tour from Assi Ghat to Manikarnika Ghat. During the boat tour, the guide will explain the history of Varanasi, the morning rituals and the special features of the various ghats which you pass along the way.
This boat tour is combination of a boat ride and a walking tour of the southern part of the old city to explore the cultural diversity of Varanasi along with the oldest alive site in the whole Varanasi specially Kashi Vishwanath Temple (non Hindus are not allowed inside the temple). Pickup from your hotel as per schedule and your evening experience of Aarti begins with your guide. The ceremony of Ganga Aarti is performed at the Dashashwamedh Ghat and one of the 5 rituals performed regularly for the worship of Holy River Ganga in Varanasi. Evening Aarti being the final ritual of the day when thousands of locals and pilgrims gather together to offer their prayers to the Mother Ganges.
The river is also worshiped with flower petals. Admire the glow of light being offered to the gods before you are returned to your hotel.
