Qutab Minar – is a soaring, 73 m-high tower of victory, built in 1193 by Qutab-ud-din Aibak immediately. The tower has 5 distinct storeys, each marked by a projecting balcony and tapers from a 15m diameter at the base to just 2.5m at the top. The first 3 storeys are made of red sandstone and the 4th & 5th storeys are of marble and sandstone.
India Gate – At the centre of New Delhi stands the 42 m high India Gate, it commemorates the 70,000 Indian soldiers who lost their lives fighting for the British Army during the World War I. The memorial bears the names of more than 13,516 British and Indian soldiers killed in the Northwestern Frontier in the Afghan war of 1919.
Gurudwara Bangla Sahib (Sikh Temple) is one of the most prominent Sikh Gurdwara, or Sikh house of worship in Delhi. It was first built as a small shrine by Sikh General Sardar Bhagel Singh in 1783, who supervised the construction of nine Sikh shrines in Delhi in the same year, during the reign of Mughal Emperor, Shah Alam II
Parliament House – The Parliament house is a circular colonnaded building. It also houses ministerial offices, numerous committee rooms and an excellent library as well. The Parliament House consists of an open verandah (open air gallery) with 144 columns.
President Palace – Home to the President of the world’s largest democracy. It was designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens and Herbert Baker and stands on a 330 acres. It took 17 years to build and completed in the year 1929. Almost 700 million bricks and 3 million cubic feet of stone were used in building this architectural marvel that has 2.5 km of corridors and 190 acres of garden area. The main building covers an area of 5 acres and has 340 rooms spread over 4 floors.

Humayun’s Tomb – It was built in 1565 A.D. 9 years after the death of Humayun, by his senior widow Bega Begam. Inside the walled enclosure the most notable features are the garden squares (chaharbagh) with pathways water channels, centrally located well proportional mausoleum topped by double dome.
Jama Mosque (Masjid) – the largest mosque in India, with a courtyard capable of holding 25,000 devotees. It was begun in 1644 and completed in 1658 by Shah Jahan who built the Taj Mahal and Red Fort.
Raj Ghat – A simple square platform of black marble marks the spot where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated following his assassination in 1948.
Red Fort – Mughal ruler Shah Jahan, when in 1639, shifted the capital of his empire from Agra to Delhi in order to heighten the esteem of his regime and fulfill his motivated building plans. A new city named Shahjahanabad was founded which we today see as Old Delhi. The foundation of a fort called Red Fort in the northern side of the town. It took about 9 years to complete the construction of the fort from 1639 to 1648.
Chandni Chowk – literally means “moonlit crossroads” and an area which best represents the “super-Oriental” – the glory and the guile; the grandeur and the grime, with its crowded bazaars, twisting lanes, maze of small streets strange aromas, the pungent odour of Oriental spices, the cries of shopkeepers, coolies and “rickshaw-walas” and the clatter and whirr of furious industry.

Agra Fort near the gardens of the Taj Mahal stands the important 16th-century Mughal monument known as the Red Fort of Agra. This powerful fortress of red sandstone encompasses, within its 2.5-km-long enclosure walls, the imperial city of the Mughal rulers. It comprises many fairy-tale palaces, such as the Jahangir Palace and the Khas Mahal, built by Shah Jahan; audience halls, such as the Diwan-i-Khas; and two very beautiful mosques. Later drive back to Delhi and drop at your hotel.

Amber Fort, the ancient capital of the State until 1728. Visit the Jag Mandir or the Hall of victory glittering with mirrors, Jai Mahal and Temple of Kali. Ascend on Elephant back, the hill, on which the fort is situated.
Afternoon city tour of Jaipur visiting Maharaja’s City Palace, the Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), the Royal Observatory (Jantar Mantar). Later drive back to Delhi and drop at your hotel.
